Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra is a transformative practice that leads to healing and well-being at all levels – physically, psychologically, and spiritually. iRest Yoga Nidra is practiced for many reasons: to relax deeply and to release stress; to support both physical and psychological healing; and to discover an innate peace of mind and unshakeable sense of well-being that is present in all of life's circumstances.

Special Sadhana

Exploring Meditation in Yoga and Stillness

Yogaspace offers occasional special sadhana intensives, held on a weekend morning or afternoon. These special sadhanas are several hours long to allow for the time needed to explore your personal practice more deeply – physically, energetically and spiritually.

This experiential workshop will be an opportunity to explore meditation in its various forms and expressions... in chanting mantra, in breathing, in movement, in yoga nidra and in silent sitting. We crave greater ease, balance and happiness and a sense of wholeness and satisfaction that can feel elusive... this afternoon will explore how meditation in its various forms can offer insight and be an indispensable part of our yogic journey.
